We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board, but we are willing to discuss solutions directly with you at support@technikbrain.com.

Data protection & confidentiality

TechnikBrain processes personal data strictly in accordance with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Device telemetry is transmitted over encrypted channels, stored in AWS infrastructure within the declared regions, and is accessible only to authenticated users. For deletion requests or privacy inquiries, contact privacy@technikbrain.com.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to §7 (1) TMG. According to §§8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove this content immediately.
